Sanitized 50 times per day

All door handles, countertops and other commonly touched areas around the restaurant are sanitized every ten to fifteen minutes.


Fresh outside air every visit

Our ventilation system brings in enough fresh outside air to replenish the entire restaurant throughout every visit.


Safe dining areas

Safe spaces for groups of 10 or less have been configured in our dining room and waiting area using state guidance.


Hands washed 10–25 times per hour

While serving guests during lunch and dinner. Gloves are worn in accordance with all state and local guidelines.


Face masks for team members

Pre-shift wellness checks and masks are required for everyone on our team. Our kitchens have been set up to minimize contact between team members.
